Ingredients
 4 ripe peaches
 1 cup almond meal
 ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if desired)
 ¼ cup maple syrup
 3 tbsp coconut oil (not melted)
 1 tsp cinnamon
 pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Slice peaches, and place in a small baking dish (I used an 8 x 6 inch).

To a bowl, add all of the remaining ingredients. Use your hands to mix until everything is well-combined and crumbly.

Cover peaches completely with crumble mixture.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
