Chocolate Gingerbread Granola

Ingredients
 2 cups rolled oats (gluten free if desired)
 1 cup almonds, chopped
 ¼ cup cacao powder
 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  cup candied ginger, chopped
 ¼ cup molasses
 ¼ cup maple syrup
 ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 tsp ground ginger
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp nutmeg
 ½ tsp all spice
 ½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Add all of ingredients to a large bowl. Mix to combine well.

Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Remove from the oven, and allow to completely cool on the countertop.

Serve with nut milk, top on your yogurt and smoothie or enjoy as is!
