Cinnamon Bun Bliss Balls

Ingredients
 1 ½ cups nut milk pulp (or almond flour)
 ½ cup cashew butter
 10 pitted dates
 ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 ½ tsp salt
"Icing" Drizzle
 3 tbsp coconut butter, melted
 510 drops of SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème (optional)
Directions

Add dates to a high speed blender or food processor. Pulse until fine and crumbly.

Add nut milk pulp, cashew butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Blend until well-incorporated.

Scoop dough into a bowl and place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Roll dough into about 17-18 balls.

Melt coconut butter and mix with stevia drops, if using. Drizzle over balls.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge or freezer.
