To make the cranberry sauce, add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for ~15 minutes, until thickened. Cool completely, and store extras in an air-tight container in the fridge.
Add 2 tbsp of cranberry sauce to the bottom of 2 small jars. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, nut milk and cinnamon.
Divide evenly into the 2 jars. Top each with another tbsp of the cranberry sauce.
Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Top with chopped almonds, a sprinkle of cinnamon and more nut milk if desired.
