“Cooking, baking & meal prep! Before our sessions I ate out most meals of the week & never took the time to learn how to cook for myself. Georgia provided me with several quick, simple recipes with GOOD ingredients that made me excited to get into the kitchen. I now have a handful of great recipes that I love and make weekly.” – Ellie
“Many of the aspects of my life which I identified as my “problem points” at the start of working with G have now become second nature pieces of my current day to day and for that I am SO grateful. I attribute the lasting nature of the changes she helped to incite in my life to the 6 month timeframe option she offers. During our 6 months of working together I went through highs and lows, but am excited to have come out on the other side with more tools in my toolkit to fall back on.
The largest tangible example of change in my life has been the implementation of my weekly exercise routine. Exercise used to be the first thing I would drop when I was stressed, procrastinating or pressed for time which did nothing for my mental or physical health. Through working with G, I learned to set a rough schedule on Sunday night of workouts for the week ahead which would serve my mind and body.
Having this pre-made schedule helped me to carve out time, create accountability and look forward to exercise in a time where there was not much structure. Additionally, at my request, G checked in throughout the week to see how I was progressing. This extra level of accountability and support was the ticket for me and helped me rediscover the joy of having movement be a consistent piece of each day.” – Katie
“Looking forward to cooking while diversifying my meals, switching up my workouts that make me more excited to workout, focusing on why I am craving coffee instead of just drinking it to drink for other reasons, starting and ending my day on a better routine, and getting over my fear foods (that means enjoying -normal- cookies with my friends).” – Elle

“Relationship to food & self. Prior to these sessions I often binge/restricted certain foods I had redeemed as ‘bad’. Through my sessions we were able to talk through these issues & come up with action steps to eliminate these behaviors, ultimately leading to more sustainable eating habits & increased self-confidence free of guilt due to overeating.” – Ellie
